Eric serves as Chair of the Legal Committee for the National Automotive Finance Association and co-founded its Consumer Credit Compliance Certification Program. Additionally, he is a Fellow of the
American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers, a role in which he also contributes to the Nominating Committee. He chairs the Governing Committee for The Conference on Consumer Finance Law and serves as Update Chair of the Financial Institutions and Commercial Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association.
Eric earned his J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
Outside of his legal practice and industry speaking engagements, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, attending his alma mater’s football games and remains engaged in legal education. He previously taught Consumer Law as an Adjunct Professor at Oklahoma City University School of Law.
